David Linder

David represents policyholders on First Party insurance claims negotiations. Licensed as a Public Insurance Adjuster, David seeks to expedite insurance claims systematically and logically. David earned a Terminal Masters Degree from Colorado State University and a two specialized Bachelors Degree’s from Western Michigan University where he learned to apply reason to difficult negotiations likened to insurance claim disputes.As a Public Adjuster, David is fluent in the evaluation of damages, cost analysis and the ensuing cost and coverage negotiations. He has helped to create for MICC, a systematized approach to insurance coverage dispute resolution process. David has worked on thousands of fruitful insurance claims. He finds joy in leaving a wake of satisfied customers behind him, for he knows, that is the key to successful business.



Kevin Baker
Claim Handler and Adjuster

Kevin’s business acumen has helped MICC become a force within the insurance industry. Kevin is a licensed Public Insurance Adjuster and a systems management specialist and acts as our insurance coverage consultant and investigator. Kevin has been a business owner for most of his life and enjoys helping others create a sense of branding within their respective industries. Kevin creates business relationships that last for years. His passion in providing the client with superior knowledge of insurance policies has led Kevin to negotiate some of the most difficult insurance coverage disputes within this industry.Kevin works alongside policyholders and attorneys alike, guiding them to coverage analysis that works. He is one of the few people that actually enjoy reading a good insurance policy.



Miriam Encalada
Claims Administrator

As the first point of contact for all MICC clients, Miriam is integral in ensuring that all parties receive the highest level of service. She has worked as a legal administrative assistant for years and received her Associate’s Degree in paralegal studies. She is responsible for managing all MICC files and ensuring that each client receives the individualized attention that the claim handling process requires.



Kenneth Udoibok
Claim Handler and Attorney

Kenneth Udoibok has built his reputation on representing individuals and organizations against powerful entities, such as multimillion dollar insurance companies, who possess the power to disturb citizen’s lives in appalling ways. Kenneth’s insurance claims practice involves helping homeowners, contractors, condominiums and townhome associations process their insurance claims.

In his litigation practice, Kenneth has developed a reputation as one of the most vigorous litigators against parties who take advantage of, and abuse the rights of, individuals and businesses. Kenneth is a tough and relentless advocate for his clients and has built his career fighting back against those who abuse their power and the people they are supposed to serve.

Before entering law practice, Kenneth worked as photojournalist for KSTP-TV 5, KARE-TV 11 and KMSP-TV and worked in the Minnesota State Senate as a media technician. Kenneth graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1995.

Following graduation, Kenneth served as a Deputy County Attorney and Head of Division with the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office in Duluth, Minnesota. He is currently a managing partner with Udoibok & Hussey, practicing both civil and criminal litigation. He has also served as a college instructor and labor relations representative for Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.

Outside of the courtroom or the office, Kenneth trains organizations to increase employee productivity through competency training. He is also an ordained pastor for the Apostolic Church and service in various civic organizations such as the New American Forum, The Minnesota Advocate for Human Rights, and the St. Paul Charter Commission.

Kenneth is a member of the American Association for Justice, Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers, and Minnesota State Bar Association.



Ross Hussey
Claim Handler and Attorney

Since graduating from William Mitchell College of Law in 2005, Ross Hussey has focused his litigation practice on business law, business litigation, insurance litigation and criminal defense, where his clients have ranged from foreign corporations to small start-ups.

In addition to his business and criminal litigation practice, Ross’s practice is focused on representing policyholders in insurance disputes.

Prior to his work in private practice, Ross gained significant experience during law school by clerking at the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, a mid-sized Minneapolis law firm, as well as a law firm in London, England.

Ross frequently advises business clients concerning risk management, employment issues, insurance coverage and business transactions. He also has extensive litigation experience successfully representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court.

Ross is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, MSBA Civil Litigation Section, MSBA Business Law Section and the Hennepin County Bar Association.
